At BrightBox Handicrafts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at brightboxofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will offer an exchange , or a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

A refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

If your exchange is approved the product will be delivered to you within 5-7days .
